We work with farmers, businesses and local supplier in our partner communities to help bring local ingredients to our students dining experiences. Thinking differently and strategizing with a local dairy farmer has allowed us to not only bring their milk into our recipes, but we now are utilizing three different products from the farm and featuring them in our kitchens today.
